We take our work personally, so we would never send you the wrong material just to make work deadlines easier on ourselves. We have the following standards and quality checks in place to make sure that our work is done right the first time.

Following Guidelines

AIA Metals observes ISO practices in every aspect of the manufacturing, sales, and customer service process.

AIA analyzes full mill test reports (MTRs) to ensure that chemistry and mechanical properties are achieved prior to shipment. We also provide the MTRs to our customers at no extra charge.

Fitting Your Project

You provide us with your project specifications, your manufacturing process, and the exact end use. We then analyze the process to make certain that we select or produce the right material to meet your specifications and successfully make your parts.

Quality Documentation

We use a standardized documentation packet with most customers and forwarders. If a customer requires a tailored document or packet, we will generate, proof, and recheck every document before transmitting it to the customer and forwarder. As a result, every customer — international or domestic — receives the correct documentation every time.
